Pop-Up Beauty Lounge Recap

Hey dolls!! I'm finally back and boy have I missed you loves! I first want to say thank you for all the kind comments, tweets, texts and calls concerning my granny. She is doing much better and will be starting therapy soon to get back to her normal self. Her recovery has truly been a blessing.

So, last week I had the pleasure of hosting my first event with the lovely Nife of The Skinny Hipster. It was the first inaugural Pop-Up Beauty Lounge complete with gorgeous makeup, hair demos by the FAB celebrity hair stylist, 7, and lovely models decked out in LaPetit garb. It was a truly amazing experience and beautiful event put together by the lovely ladies of Red Sprinkle and Square Root Group. It was an incredibly stylish evening full of great company, great networking, yummy cupcakes, free booze, a dope DJ, meeting new friends and lots of laughs. I can't tell you dolls how nice it is to walk into a fashion event full of stylish folks getting along, smiling, actually eating the cupcakes (YES, they were THAT good) and networking. It was held at the fabulous LaPetit Marmoset showroom in NW DC, my first time to the vintage boutique/studio space and let me tell you it is beautiful and can't wait to go back!
