Remembering September 11th...10 years later.

Today marks the 10th anniversary of the tragic attacks on our nation. I, like most, can remember exactly where I was and what I was doing at that exact moment in time. I was late to homeroom as usual and remember sitting in the deans office waiting for a late pass. At the time I had no idea that less than a year later I would join the U.S. Air Force to serve my country. My time in the service was surely one of the proudest accomplishments in my life so far and on this day my prayers go out to the families of the victims.

Just wanted to share a few pics of some throwback "outfits of the day"......military style.

Remember to thank a service member for your freedom and for keeping the U.S. safe today and everyday.  They work hard and sacrifice their lives to ensure September 11, 2001 doesn't repeat itself.

xoxo,
